Refund Policy
Written requests for refunds of full registration and meal fees must be received by March 16, 2010, and are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.  No refund requests received after March 16, 2010 will be honored. Please send a SASE to:

Refunds will be issued after the conference.

Substitution Policy
There will be a $5.00 charge for participant substitutions. The following items must be presented at the registration table:

1) A written request from the registered participant or a copy of their online registration confirmation email
2) A completed registration form for the new participant
3) $5.00 substitution fee (cash or check payable to N.W. GA Breastfeeding Coalition)

If applicable, educational credit certificates will be mailed to the new participant after the conference.
