Scholarships

Scholarships are available:

In  memory of Carol and Jay Srymanske, the Northwest Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition will grant full and half scholarships to attend our conference.  The number and amount of scholarships vary year to year based on available funding. All applications for scholarship will be reviewed. Active involvement in lactation, which may be paid or volunteer, is required. An essay including your reason for financial need of this scholarship, your current involvement (paid or volunteer) in lactation, completed education/training in lactation and future goals in lactation and how this conference and speaker will help meet these goals should be submitted via email to nwgabfcoalition@gmail.com.

Please limit your response to 500 words. Please turn in your essay before March 5,  2024.

• Reason for financial need of this scholarship
• Your current job (paid or volunteer) in lactation
• Completed education/training in lactation
• Future goals in lactation and how this conference and speaker will help meet these goals
